Location.

Too many children running loud up and down the halls and making a mess in the morning eating area. They were unsupervised.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. The room smelled bad and the walls were dirty. The TV remote was sticky. This was all a bit creepy.

I liked to pool area and the hot tub.

I didn't think the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was minimal in comparison to other places.

This hotel was average but probably one of the nicer ones in Monticello. Monticello is a small town. The highlight was probably the pool area. I found the beds to be a little on the hard side.

Heater did not work, toilet did not work.

very clean lobby, nice pool area

clerk didn't ask "smoking/not" preference, room stunk.

very tidy hotel - we showed up at about 9:30 pm and had to wait through a LONG phone call before the clerk helped me - but she was great once she talked to us. We neglected to specify a non-smoking room apparently because she assigned us a smoking room that just reeked, and we were too tired to change it.
